Christine has lived in Ottawa since 1963. In earlier years she taught Medieval History at the University of Ottawa , St. Patrick's College and Carleton University. Since 1984, she has taught Interviewing, Professional Responsibility and Wills and Estates at the Bar Admission Course, and Family Law at the University of Ottawa. She has been with Barnes, Sammon since 1991 and she concentrates on the fields of Family Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.
She handles all aspects of family law, at all levels up to the Court of Appeal, but her principal aim is always to reach a speedy settlement which is fair to her client, with a minimum of litigation. In real-estate cases she assists buyers, sellers and borrowers. Her Wills are designed to reflect the client's wishes while avoiding any chance of litigation after death.
