Currently, Linda Hanson primarily practices family law. She also has experience in civil litigation, administrative law, insurance arbitration and real estate. Ms. Hanson commenced her career in the general practice of law but has chosen to focus her efforts and attention on family law issues.
Ms. Hanson accepts legal aid certificates and is committed to the representation of persons who may otherwise be denied the opportunity to secure legal counsel in important family law matters including custody, access, child support, spousal support, CAS protection applications and property matters including equalization and trust claims.
Ms. Hanson has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice (General Division) Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Branch and the Ontario Court of Appeal. She has also appeared before the Financial Services Commission, the Ontario Human Rights Commission, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal, the Canadian Pension Plan Review Board and the Ontario Disability Support Program.
