Mr. Rip enjoys a diverse litigation practice. He also regularly prepares and advises clients on employment and commercial contracts as well as family law related agreements.

Mr. Rip has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as various administrative boards and tribunals.

In his spare time, Mr. Rip enjoys powerlifting, squash, listening to music and going to concerts.

Mr. Rip is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, County of Carleton Law Association and Ottawa Athletic Club.
