Mr. Rip has a diverse litigation practice that includes family, employment and general matters. He also advises clients on commercial and employment contracts as well as family law agreements.

Mr. Rip has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice as well as various administrative boards and tribunals.

In his spare time, Mr. Rip enjoys powerlifting, squash, listening to music and going to concerts.
