Dennis M. Molnar
Dennis Molnar was born in the City of Ottawa and raised both there and in Peterborough, Ontario. He graduated with a J.D. from the University of Ottawa in 2013 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2014.
Mr. Molnar first worked at Barnes Sammon LLP as a summer student and would two years later return to complete his articles with the firm. During his articles, Mr. Molnar co-authored a paper with Mr. William J. Sammon titled Slip and Fall Cases Against Municipalities which was presented at the County Carleton Law Association 33rd Annual Civil Litigation Conference. In August 2014 he joined Barnes Sammon LLP as a lawyer practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Family Law and Wills & Estates. He has appeared before the Ontario Landlord and Tenant Board, Ontario Small Claims Court, and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Mr. Molnar has been involved in community radio for a number of years, having produced and hosted the music show “Fundamentally Sound” on CKCU 93.1 FM from 2008-2013. You can currently find him co-hosting “Style Wars” – also on CKCU 93.1 FM – each Friday evening from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Mr. Molnar is a member of the County Carleton Law Association. He is able to fully advise clients in English and also communicate in German.
