Danielle L. Bartlett

Danielle Bartlett was born and raised in southern Ontario. She moved to the City of Ottawa in 2008 where she completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Carleton University and her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. As a law student, Ms. Bartlett gained practical experience in various areas, including assisting tenants in the ACORN Housing Justice program, legal internships, and as a summer student working for in-house counsel. She also honed her legal skills through negotiation and moot court competitions.

After completing her articles with Barnes, Sammon LLP, Ms. Bartlett was called to the bar in 2017, practicing personal injury law. She joined the firm again in 2018 as a lawyer working for Mr. William J. Sammon. Ms. Bartlett practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, including insurance law and personal injury. She is also passionate about advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse and assault who wish to pursue their claims through civil litigation. She has appeared before the Ontario Landlord Tenant Board, Ontario Small Claims Court and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.


In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking and knitting.


Ms. Bartlett is a member of the Advocacy Club and the County of Carleton Law Association.
